Thursday, February 12, 2009 -- The rumor mill is churning and this week the focus is in quarterback Chris Simms. Simms, who had a huge falling out with Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ head coach Jon Gruden last season, may end up being the MLB jerseys
main man for the Titans.
Last season, Simms demanded a trade or to be released when it became apparent that he was fourth on the Buc’s depth chart. Simms had been the starter for Tampa Bay in 2005 and in the first three games of Cheap Ugg Boots
the 2006 season. Then a spleen injury took him out for the rest of the 2006 season. He was unable to play in 2007 and Gruden started to indicate that he thought his former starter was malingering. As the Bucs prepared for 2008 season, it was clear that there was a soccer jerseys huge fissure between Simms and Gruden.
The quarterback ended up as the backup for the Tennessee Titans. He appeared in one game as veteran Kerry Collins served as the primary starter for the team. Both Collins and Simms want new contracts. Collins is unwilling to ink a deal as a backup, which is most likely what the Soccer jerseys
team will offer him. The Tennessee Titans also have Vince Young on their roster. But his future is uncertain.
